The last year for the Zhaboli family, especially for the wife and two children, has been a real horror. Jetnori, the 35-year-old who was arrested in Tirana two days ago, controlled even their smallest movement and kept them locked up at home. Full disclosure has been made regarding this serious incident.
The case was discovered after the police received a notification about a conflict in the apartment in the Selita area. The police went immediately and contacted Jetnor's mother. The latter explained that Jetnor Zhabol's daughter-in-law and their 9-year-old daughter were inside the house. After being released, they presented themselves at the police station to give a statement on this event.
In the presence of a psychologist, the 35-year-old's wife stated that she has been living in prison for a year and a half. Furthermore, she was raped and did not report it because she loves her husband.
"For a year and a half, she has been living in an apartment with cameras, no light, she doesn't go out alone, she doesn't have a phone and keeps her isolated in the apartment ," her statement says.
On January 25 around 08:30, Jetnori went out and locked the daughter-in-law, mother and minor daughter. He took with him only the little boy, only 3 years old, to take him to the kindergarten.
The 35-year-old's wife has shown that her husband always does this if he is not with her, preventing her from communicating with the outside world. During all this time, she doesn't even know anything about her family since he has cut off her communications. He also took away any means of identification.
The woman says that two days before she was arrested at her father-in-law's house, her partner kicked her in the shoulder after accusing her of talking to the walls. Children were also present during the violence.
"He does not take any medication as he has never admitted that he has health problems. He has not been convicted. He behaves well with the girl, while he does not approach the 3-year-old boy, he sees him as one of his own race, he hates him, he looks at him in a way with contempt", the file states.
In the apartment, Zhaboli has installed mobile cameras, jammers and an alarm.
The mother of the arrested person also spoke about the serious condition of the boy. She stated to the police that Jetnori and the woman have known each other for 15 years and that she is very satisfied with the bride, but for 1 year the boy has had disturbing emotional and mental problems.
"There are concerns like hearing noises in the walls of the apartment, eavesdropping. For this reason, they also checked with specialists and nothing came out of the check" , she said.
The mother says that she checked the apartment herself together with her husband, but there are no noises and everything is her son's doing.
"He says he hears noises from the walls as if he hears noises from the walls, which is not true. I turn off the lights and leave the house without lights, and the house stays without lights," says the mother.
The mother says that because of the illness, he has become very jealous of the woman, despite the fact that, according to her, she is exemplary.
"There are security cameras installed by Jetnori, he did not count them, but there are many cameras inside, there are many locks on the door. I'm afraid Jetnori took the keys himself. Only he has the keys to the house, and it could happen that there might be a fire, my grandchildren stay inside. The young man has put many locks on the door because his illness tells him so and only he has the keys. The bride hasn't had company for a year, she doesn't even have a phone, I don't go out anymore, Jetnori doesn't let me go out, she makes every movement controlled," she says.
The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has requested "Arrest in prison" until the release of the medical-legal expertise to determine the state of mental health of 35-year-old Jetnor Zhaboli, who was arrested after keeping his family members locked in his apartment in Tirana./ Klan Tv
