The lawyer of Hysen, the eldest son of the family, asked for a milder measure, house arrest, since he does not admit the crime. According to him, the problem was with his sister, not with Hysen.
Hygerta's and Amarildo's lawyer asked for a more lenient measure for Hygerta, despite her change of attitude, until the criminal offense against her is determined. Even for Amarildo, a more lenient measure since he was not present and why he cooperated afterwards. The prosecution asked for remand in prison and said that the changed attitudes will be verified at the hearing.
