In a conversation revealed by SkyEcc wiretaps dated November 10, 2020, Ermir Dedja talks to Elidon Avdylin about the preparations they were making to load magazines with cartridges and clean weapons in order to be ready to commit murder.
In the investigative file, Ermir Dedja presents himself as a 'missionary sent to clear the terrain of bad people'.
"God has brought us to take away the bad guys, to clear the ground so that the new generation can grow up with good citizenship without negativity around," the conversation, excerpted from SkyEcc's wiretaps, says.
The conversation dates back to October 21, 2020 between Ermir Dedja and Elidon Avdyli.
Ermiri Dedja wrote to Elidon that he had spoken to a person about the work of "Malo" referring to Edmir Bregu, to keep it uninterrupted for a fee. He then wrote that they should start a crackdown because they had nothing in common. Only the messages sent by Ermiri Dedja have been saved on the SkyECC platform.
"What are you doing, brother? How are you doing, brother? I talked to the slave about the work in the mountains, to keep him safe and to put you to work non-stop. He will answer me. For the work of money, I will tell him. I have to make a fuss because we have nothing in common. I have nothing to lose, I only wish you and me success, my God."
On October 22, 2020, at 12:58 PM, Ermiri Dedja wrote to Elidon that he was feeling a little down and that they needed to do something as soon as possible to get over the fact that he was losing his temper, and specifically, Ermiri sent the following text message.
"What are you doing brother. How are you, you're fine, you're in the neighborhood, I'm drinking coffee, I'm waiting for my friend to come and meet me. And don't meet me later. If you don't come this month, you'll be dead or alive, you're dangerous. Hahahahhahha your brother doesn't have 2 hundred lek in his pocket hahahhaha. Oh God, the sooner I get a hit, the sooner I'll get rid of myself. Because this is how I feel."
On October 25, 2020, at 6:05 PM, Ermiri Dedja wrote to Elidon Avdyli that he was with Pirati and a friend in the field and that he would let Kel and a friend check around by car. Ermiri prays that they start 2020 well.
At 18:12, Ermiri wrote to Elidion and said that they would definitely do it because that was the only thing he had in mind and that very soon the person they were looking for would fall into the trap. From the context of the conversation, it is suspected that this is about the control that Ermiri Dedja and his associates carry out every day in the city of Durrës to find citizen Edmir Bregu with the intention of killing him.
