Two weeks after the arrest, Arben Lamçja, wanted by SPAK, was extradited to Kosovo, as part of the investigation into the "Golden Bullet 2" criminal file.
Lamçja, part of the Çopja group in Elbasan, accused of murder for hire, was arrested in Pristina in the neighborhood of 'Emshir.'
We remind you that on July 31 of this year, at the request of SPAK, GJKKO issued 30 arrest warrants. This order is related to 6 murders committed in Elbasan, Rrogozhinë and Berat, which are claimed to have been discovered by the Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Crime organized within the mega-operation "Golden Bullet 2", which took place 5 days ago in Tirana, Elbasan and Durrës.
Who is Arben Lamçe?
Arben Lamçe is suspected of having participated in several murders in recent years in Albania.
Lamçe's criminal history is extensive. He was previously imprisoned in Italy for 14 years on charges of exploitation of prostitution, leading to the seizure of his properties in Tirana and Elbasan. Arrested in Elbasan and extradited to Italy in 2011, Lamçe was asked to serve the sentence given by the Court of Brescia.
Earlier in 2003, Lamçe was arrested after eluding the authorities for almost a year. He was identified as one of the organizers of the maritime clandestine traffic. Despite initially escaping an arrest warrant issued by the Vlora Prosecutor's Office by changing his identity, he was eventually caught during a quick night operation.
