An undercover agent has been the key to the Special Prosecutor's Office, SPAK, in documenting the actions of the criminal group trafficking illegal immigrants to England and the United States of America.
Without knowing that they were serving a police agent under cover, the members of the criminal group provided him with documents forged in a laboratory in Kosovo, passport, identity card and driver's license, against a payment of almost 10,000 euros, as well as instructed him to travel to Spain.
In this country, one of the suspects met the undercover agent and gave him the false documents, to then continue the flight to Ireland.
In one of the intercepted conversations, the suspect Njazi Ademaj tells the infiltrator "Brother, I am not giving you a 100 percent guarantee, but 99 percent".
All communications and meetings of the infiltrator with members of the group are part of the file of SPAK, which finalized the investigation with 37 arrest warrants, 31 of which "arrest in prison" and 6 others "arrest at home".
According to SPAK, this was the scheme used by the criminal group, which ensured the illegal passage from Albania to the United Kingdom and the United States of America, against values starting from 10 to 18 thousand euros.
The Special Structure claims to have documented 44 cases of illegal immigrant trafficking and 70 forged passports, mostly Slovenian, Italian and Romanian.
In addition to the people who were engaged in finding Albanians who were aiming for England or the USA, a police officer was also involved in the scheme, as well as two passenger travel agencies by land, who carried out the physical transportation of false documents from Albania to Spain.
According to SPAK, the criminal group that facilitated illegal immigrants to the United Kingdom is led by Bashkim Sula, while the one to the USA is led by Ylli Caushi.
All immigrants, since they traveled from Albania with their legal passports, received instructions on where they should be accommodated in Spain, how they should answer during the interviews by the authorities, but at the same time they were also kept under observation by the group members, if they successfully passed in border crossing points or not. / A2 CNN
