The Tirana Court today issued the security measure "prison arrest" for Oltjon Asllani (Vodollar) and Serxhio Bajza.
Asllani is the 28-year-old who fired a Kalashnikov at a moving vehicle in the Kombinat area, after a violent conflict with several people, terrorizing passers-by on the street after he got out of the vehicle with a gun in his hand.
At the hearing, Asllani claimed that he did not intend to kill, but to scare the people who had physically abused him.
While Bajza stated that he accompanied his friend in the car because he felt threatened by him. Asllani and Bajza will be investigated for "murder in other qualifying circumstances", which remains an attempt.
Oltjon Asllani, appeared in an unusual appearance the day before in the Kombinat area in Tirana, with a kalash in his hand. The young man, who is also known by the surname Vodollari, was arrested by the police, who discovered this episode from security cameras.
Earlier, the 28-year-old had been physically assaulted by 4 people. After this conflict, he took the gun and, accompanied in the car by his friend 30-year-old Serxho Bajza, also arrested, began shooting with a shotgun at the car in which 2 of the people they had been fighting with were driving because of crossing the road near his house.
