According to information, the case concerns properties and unauthorized construction in the Patok and Shëngjin areas. Among those arrested are Lezha mortgage officials and police officers.
This is about an investigation launched some time ago, led by prosecutor Iva Harka.

Gentian Malotaj – House arrest
Artur Shabaku – House arrest
Artmir Maxhuni – House arrest
Luiza Bala – House arrest
Hekuran Xhina – House arrest
Flor Gjini – Ban on leaving the country
Colonel Malaj – Ban on leaving the country
Martin Ndoka – Suspension from public office and ban on leaving the country.
