A second person has been identified, accused of stalking a 16-year-old girl who, as reported two days ago, in a serious psychological state, attempted to harm herself with a cutting tool.
The identified suspect is AH, 27, who was ordered by Jetmir Llanaj, currently imprisoned in Peqin prison, to follow the 16-year-old girl, with whom he had had a relationship before being arrested in March.
The minor reported the case to the police, where while giving her statement, she also hit the police officer.
The 27-year-old's nephew, also a minor, has also been placed under investigation after threatening the 16-year-old over the phone to withdraw the complaint.
"-Following the announcement made on 21.10.2025, regarding the report of a minor, that she was stalked by 2 citizens (one of them, currently in the Penitentiary Institution), we inform that as a result of the investigations conducted in relation to this case, the services of the Police Commissariat No. 5 identified the other citizen who is suspected of having stalked the 16-year-old, AH, 27 years old. The search continues for the capture of the 27-year-old, as well as for documenting the circumstances and responsibilities in relation to this case. Also, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, in a free state for a minor (the nephew of citizen J. Ll) after it is suspected that he threatened the 16-year-old on the mobile phone, to withdraw the report", the police announce.
Jetmir Llanaj had a relationship with the 16-year-old before he was arrested in March. After his arrest, the minor met another boy. Llanaj ordered the 27-year-old to follow the minor and report her every move. This constant stalking has led to the deterioration of the girl's psychological condition.
Jetmir Llanaj, 46, was previously convicted of murder after taking revenge for the murder of his 9-year-old son. He was recently arrested for a fine.
