A 30-year-old man has been arrested by the police and another is wanted in connection with the injury of 28-year-old Juglen Abazi in the Fresku area, an event that occurred on August 2.
According to police information, investigations suspect that these citizens, after the 28-year-old was shot, committed acts (moving and hiding objects) to prevent the investigation of the incident and to support the perpetrator identified as Klejvis Caka (Lusha), who has been declared wanted and is still at large.
Meanwhile, a day after the incident on August 3, 27-year-old Xhonatan Qerimi was arrested in flagrante delicto, suspected of the criminal offense of "Supporting the perpetrator of a crime", and 26-year-old Andi Gurra, a resident of Tirana, was also declared wanted, also for the criminal offense of "Supporting the perpetrator of a crime".
The 28-year-old was inside the vehicle when he was shot, receiving a bullet in the abdomen, while the perpetrator of the incident who fired the shot was standing.

Investigations are ongoing to apprehend the suspected perpetrator of the injury and his accomplice.
As a result of intensive investigative actions, carried out under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, to clarify the circumstances of the incident that occurred on 02.08.2025, in Fresk, where a 28-year-old man was injured with a gunshot, specialists for the Investigation of Serious Crimes have arrested citizen AD, 30 years old, and have declared citizen DH wanted, for the criminal offenses "Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth" and "Supporting the perpetrator in a crime".
The investigations suspect that these citizens, after the gunshot wound to citizen JA, 28 years old, committed acts (moving and hiding objects) to prevent the investigation of the incident and to support its perpetrator, citizen KC(L.), who has been declared wanted.
"The procedural materials were passed to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
