Saranda Police have announced a search for 37-year-old Edmond Abazi, known as "Monçja", after a knife attack that occurred two days ago in the area called "Plazhi i ri".
According to the data, Abazi is suspected of stabbing 26-year-old Enkel Dano during a conflict. The young man received wounds to the back of his body and, after medical assistance, is out of danger.
Edmond Abazi, known by the nickname "Monçja", is a person with criminal records for "intentional serious injury", "unlicensed possession of a weapon", "theft", "destruction of property", "improper driving", "domestic violence", "assault due to duty", "removal from the place of serving the sentence".
The injured man, Enkel Dano, also has a criminal record for the production and sale of narcotics. The police are continuing their search to capture the perpetrator and fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
"The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office and citizen EA, 37 years old, resident of Saranda, was declared wanted, as he is suspected of stabbing citizen ED, 26 years old, resident of Saranda, for weak motives," the police announced.
