Friends of 24-year-old Palestinian Rayan Alwan claim that the plan to kill the 24-year-old was made by her mother and father.
For more than a month, they had been searching for the 24-year-old with whom they had lost contact, but news published in Albania helped them discover the tragic fate of their friend.
Friends of the young woman told "News 24" that it was Rayan Alwan's mother who convinced her daughter to travel to Lebanon, transiting through Albania.
"She lived in one of the houses belonging to the German government in Berlin at Warschauer Platz 6, 10245. She did not have a German residence permit, but she had a Greek residence permit. She was in conflict with her parents and wanted to go to Lebanon just to see her children.
She was planning to travel to Lebanon at the end of this month, but unexpectedly, her mother convinced her to travel with her father to Albania and from there to Lebanon. This is because she could not travel directly from Germany with her Greek passport, as she did not have a valid Greek residence permit, which could have led to the confiscation of her passport,” they say.
