Footage recorded in a business in the capital has been published showing 27-year-old Marash Gjoklaj, who was arrested after harassing and attempting to sexually abuse a 19-year-old woman on Saturday, November 25.
In the video published by the Klan, it is the first moment when the young man harasses her with words and leaves, while he returns later and tries to sexually abuse her.
The second time after he returned, Gjoklaj approached the counter and with insulting words grabbed his hand and tried to send him to the warehouse by hitting him.
During this time, he injured her hands and hit her on the right eye, causing a hematoma and redness. After this moment, the seller was able to go out into the street and ask passers-by for help.
In her testimony to the police, the girl said that she did not know the 27-year-old and had never seen him before.
Marash Gjoklaj, who was sentenced to 4 years in prison for violent sexual relations with adults, and released on bail. The arguments of the court still remain unclear on what basis it granted the young man his freedom despite the conviction for a serious criminal offense.
This Monday, Marash Gjoklaj was introduced to the security measure in court, arrest in prison. In front of the black squads, Gjoklaj denied having committed the actions he is accused of, but at the end of the hearing, the court ordered him to be arrested in prison.
In addition to the criminal offenses of sexual abuse for which he was convicted, he was also arrested earlier for stealing a woman's money. That's why it ended badly for Gjoklajn, who was taken hostage by the 3 sons of the 42-year-old woman.
