In addition to the names of 11 people involved in the investigation, 4 of whom have been arrested and 7 who are wanted, SPAK said that it is verifying the wealth of their family members and of the singer Elvana Gjata, who is mentioned in the file for the use of her bank account. by Ervin Mata.

SPAK is verifying the names of family members, while Erzen Breçani is connected to two companies. The entity HEC DRITA ENERGY, with administrator Eralbi Breçani, directly intercepted in conversations about cocaine trafficking and financial transactions, was established on September 23, 2019 with the purpose of the activity of construction, operation and administration of the "DRITA" Hydropower Plant, up to the sale of energy.
The works in the Gashi River, Tropoja Municipality, were carried out with a construction permit issued by KKT, on 12.07.2019. The last actions of HEC were carried out on July 23, 2023, and since March 15, 2022, the entity has been suspended. The entity has been making losses since 2019, until 2022, reporting negative activity. Legally, it remains unclear what HEC's losses were covered with, while on pages 84 and 85 of SPAK's file, Erzen Breçani was intercepted talking to his son about the amounts he needed from 300 to 500 thousand euros to cover the expenses, and even, in a conversation, shows that there were also problems with workers' salaries.

The company that owns the HEC that Erzen Breçani was building is the security company Breçani ROSP, founded on April 6, 2005. The latter has as its object of activity the service of physical security and protection of persons and objects and the transportation of valuables monetary and valuable items. Its administrator is Fatbardh Breçani, the brother of Erzen Breçani, who is employed there, according to the verifications that SPAK has carried out in the Tax system.
From 2012 to 2019, this entity has a positive balance, while for the previous year in the balance there is a profit of 36 million ALL. Some of the company's income in the period 2019-2023 was also created through payments from the state budget, such as the service for security cameras at the Faculty of Forestry Sciences, 98 thousand lek in September 2023, facility maintenance at the Tirana Club in 2021, for the payment of 99,000 ALL, and moving the safe for the School of Magistracy, in March 2020, against the payment of 120,000 ALL.
Earlier in the years 2012-2013, the company Breçani ROSP has benefited from 17 payments from the General Directorate of Taxes, for the private guard service of the facility. This company is a participant in tenders and other public procedures for storage and security services in some other state institutions.
