A serious accident at work occurred today in the city of Durrës, where a 38-year-old man was seriously injured as a result of the collapse of scaffolding during construction work.
The accident is reported to have occurred on "Dyrrah" Boulevard in Durrës, where a scaffolding collapsed during the reconstruction of a building, leaving a worker injured.
According to preliminary information, the injured man, around 38 years old, suffered serious leg injuries and was urgently transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
Police have arrived at the scene and are investigating to determine the causes of the collapse and whether safety regulations were respected. Meanwhile, the owner of the building has been taken into police custody.
