A conflict that occurred this morning in the Nisharak area ended with the injury of a 55-year-old man with a knife.
According to preliminary information, Armando Minollaj was admitted to the Trauma Hospital, suffering from two wounds to the abdomen.
Hospital sources indicate that the 55-year-old is receiving treatment in hospital and is out of danger, while his condition appears stable.
Meanwhile, the police have announced a search for the 48-year-old man with the initials EN, suspected of being the perpetrator of the incident.
The circumstances of the conflict still remain unclear, while the police are expected to clarify the details of the incident.
"Around 07:40, in the place called "Nisharaku", it is suspected that after a conflict for weak motives, citizen EN, 48 years old, attacked citizen AM, 55 years old, with a cutting tool, who was taken to the hospital, where he is receiving medical assistance.
Police services have announced a search for the suspected perpetrator and are continuing checks to capture him.
"The investigative group is carrying out procedural actions to fully clarify the circumstances of the case," the police statement said.
