The murder of Klevis Kapllani in the month of September 2020 in Rrogozhina, was committed at the moment when the 33-year-old was talking on the "SKY" application with the wanted person of that time, Nuredin Dumani.
At the exact moment when he was killed, Kapllani was on his way home, after Duman had ordered him to take a car to his apartment, which Enver Diva and Besian Xhixha were taking to Sinaballaj of Rrogozhina. The car would be used to assassinate Dine Çami and Bujar Çela, Talo Çela's brother.
But apparently, while Duman was talking on "Sky" with his friend Klevis Kapllani to keep the car in the backyard, on the other hand, the rival group had decided to kill Klevis Kapllani that same day.
In his testimony given two years after this serious event, Nuredin Dumani stated that:
"...during the time that Klevis Kapllani was at Nel Godini's bar and I was communicating with him through the "Sky" application, he worriedly sent me the photo of Sei Manhasa's brother, whom he had seen several times that day entering and leaving the alley near the bar, he even entered the bar...".
According to him, the presence of Sei Manahasa's brother on the ground where Klevis Kapllani was also, shows that the 33-year-old man was being pursued until the moment of the murder in the late hours of the night, just 200 meters from his apartment in the village of Sinaballaj.
Dumani says that he got the news about the murder of Klevis Kapllani from Enver Diva and Besian Xhixha, who were going to the victim's apartment to leave the car that was going to be used in the assassination of Dina Çami and Bujar Çela.
Diva and Xhixha found Klevis Kapllanin dead in the "Fiat Punto" car, who was the person who had hidden the "TT" weapon in the Manahas service station, the weapon with which Emiljano Ramazani was killed.
"...I went there and saw from afar that Clevis was killed, I didn't want to believe that he was killed, because in my head I thought that he was the last person they would kill to harm me, since he was not implicated in the events that we have participated in, except for sending the weapon to the Manahas service".
Further, Nuredin Dumani told the BKH officers and SPAK prosecutors that:
"...one day before Klevis Kapllani was killed, I, together with Enver Diva, Besian Xixha and Klevis Kapllani, had lunch by the beach in Vilëbashtovo. That day I asked Clevis to keep me a car at his house for two or three days, but I didn't tell him what I wanted that car for. In fact, I wanted him because together with Erjon Alibej, we had discussed killing Dine Çami and Bujar Çela...".
While on the day when Klevisi Dumani was killed, he talked through the "Sky" application, telling Kapllani that he will bring a car to dinner tonight. The car was driven by Enver Diva and Bes Xhixha, with whom he constantly communicated and guided them with the "Sky" application.
"...at that time I was staying in Elbasan in a neighborhood near a large park and a school. I lived on the 5th floor of a building selling fruit and vegetable brands. In this building I had an apartment for which the payment to the builder was paid by Erjon Alibej in the amount of 98,000 Euros, together with two shared garages (not separated by walls). I would repay this payment to Erjon in the future through the joint work I would have with him. I clarify that, although payment has been made for the apartment and the garages, they are still in the name of the builder whose name is Sajmir, I don't know his last name...", Nuredin Dumani said.
Just a few hours before Klevis Kapllani was killed, around 20:01 or 21:01 in the evening, Dumani was informed by Besian Xhixha and Enver Diva that they were somewhere near Kavaja and that they were bringing the car that was stolen and that they had taken by Soni Reçi.
Benzi had Serbian license plates, but Soni Reçi demanded 7000 Euros. I didn't have any relationship with Reci and I didn't buy the car. I took it, used it and returned it again, without using it in any event.

He told me that: "...he was with some other people drinking and playing dominoes at Nel Godini's bar in Sinaballaj.
I told him: "... go home because the boys (Besi and Enveri) are coming, they are bringing the car.
He told me: Yes, directly….
A few minutes later he told me: Now I'm here at the turn where you enter the neighborhood (the street near the house where he was found murdered).
I said: Ok….
On the other hand, Nuredin Dumani wrote to Besi and Enver saying that: "...Klevisi is waiting for you at home...".
Further, Dumani told the officers that: "...I wrote to Klevis afterwards, but he did not answer me. After a few minutes, Enveri sent me a voice message saying: "...Klevis was found murdered in his Fiat Punto...". Immediately after I received this news, I went downstairs as I had a black Audi A-6 with a trunk and headed towards the place where Clevis was killed, as I was very worried. When I went there, Enver and Besian had gone. I went there and saw from a distance that Clevis had been killed. I didn't want to believe he was killed because in my head I thought he was the last person they would kill to harm me. Since he was not involved in the events that we participated in, except for sending the weapon to the Manahas service. Then I ran to Rrogozhina and returned to Elbasan"./ Ora News
