A 38-year-old man was caught red-handed, with quantities of cannabis, in a bar in Krume, adapted for the use and sale of this narcotic substance.
The 58-year-old administrator of the bar was also criminally prosecuted, who, in addition to the adjustment, hid the income generated from the unregistered business. He had not registered the premises for rent with the tax authorities.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Kukës, for further actions.
