A 16-year-old man has been detained by the Tirana Police, as according to police investigations, it turns out that he has distributed pornographic materials, photos and videos of a minor citizen, on social networks and in various communication applications.
The mobile device of the 16-year-old was seized as material evidence, and during the analysis of his preliminary examination, conversations and communications were found in which intimate photos and videos were distributed in electronic applications of different people.
It is also emphasized that work is being done to identify other persons involved in this criminal activity.
"Specialists of the Sector for the Investigation of Cyber Crimes, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, following the work to combat illegalities in the field of cyber crimes, have taken the initiative to arrest a 16-year-old citizen , for the criminal offenses "Pornography with minors" and "Computer forgery", provided by articles 117/2 and 186/a of the Criminal Code. From the investigative actions carried out, it has emerged that the 16-year-old has distributed personal materials (photos and videos) of a minor citizen, on social networks and in various communication applications, to several different citizens.
