The 45-year-old's cell phone was seized by the police along with the victim's. It was the testimony of the daughter of the couple, who were also parents of 3 sons, that she "sunk" her father, after she told the investigators the psychological violence that Xhemal Loka has exercised towards her wife. "The father used to abuse and blackmail the mother constantly," she testified, after the mother had told her daughter on January 2 about the fight she had with her son.
