Gunshots in Tirana, one injured

One person was injured as a result of a gun attack this evening in Tirana. The incident took place shortly before the 'Sofra e Ariu' area in Tirana.

According to information, citizen Xhavahir Kolaveri was injured, while the suspected author of this event is suspected to be Amarildo Kuçi. The latter is wanted by the police.

Meanwhile, the reasons for the crime are being investigated, as it is initially suspected that we may be dealing with a conflict of the moment, since the two people are neighbors. 

" On 17.02.2024, around 17:35, on Elbasan Street, the citizen AK is suspected of having injured the citizen Xh. K., about 47 years old, (neighbors to each other), who is in the hospital, under the care of doctors. Police services are continuing to comb the area for the capture of the suspected perpetrator. The investigative group is working to clarify the circumstances of the event ," the police explained.
