The most recent action of the Police was that of locating Ibrahim Licin, declared wanted for the murder of Endri Mustafa. After the location, the police notified the Turkish authorities, making it possible to arrest "Toto Rina" of Shkodra.
On May 10, 2023, the Shkodra prosecutor's office closed the investigations and sent for trial the criminal file against Ibrahim Lici, accusing the latter as the executor of Endri Mustafa, on May 17, 2021.
The file from the investigation group of the prosecution has been sent to the court of Shkodra, but due to the lack of arrest of Lic until now, the court ordered the suspension of the trial for 1 year.
