An unusual event happened in Tirana the other day in a market on Barricadave street.
A woman while inside the market took a small child who was also inside the market.
As can be seen from the footage provided, the woman just enters the market, approaches the child, says something to him and holds him in her arms and leaves the market. Then they found him outside the market, he left the little child and ran away. She is already wanted by the police and there are possibilities that she is a person with mental problems.
The case was referred to the police by the father of the 2-year-old girl, who was not with his daughter at that moment.
"On 14.09.2024, the citizen ED, 34 years old, presented himself to the Police, who reported that on the Street of Barricades, in a market, an as yet unidentified citizen, took his 2-year-old minor daughter in her arms, left the door of the market and then returned again.
The Police Services immediately wrote to the scene where they administered the film footage and questioned the employees of the market, who affirmed that the citizen in question, during the communication, showed suspected mental health problems", the police announced.
