At the end of the procedural actions for the case, the Narcotics Investigation Section of DVP Shkodër made the arrest in flagrante delicto of Kosovar citizens L. Sh., 20 years old, KH, 20 years old and FS, 20 years old, for the criminal offense of "Trafficking in narcotics". carried out in collaboration. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Shkodër, for further actions," the police announced.
