Among the defendants are the brother and cousin of former socialist MP Eduard Ndreca, for whom prison sentences have been requested.

The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has filed a claim for another faction of the "Revanshi" case, requesting a total of 56 years in prison for five defendants.

According to the final conclusions presented to the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCAC), a sentence of 10 years and 6 months in prison has been requested for former RENEA officer Adrian Pikli . Due to the shortened trial, the sentence is reduced to 7 years in prison .

For Edison Muçeku , SPAK has requested 9 years in prison , which is reduced to 6 years with the benefit of a shortened trial. The same sentence has also been requested for Elvis Ndreca, the cousin of former socialist MP Eduard Ndreca, for whom the 9 years in prison are reduced to 6 years .

Meanwhile, for Armando Ndreca, the brother of former MP Eduard Ndreca , the Special Prosecution has requested 15 years in prison, a sentence that can be reduced to 10 years with a summary trial . For Deivis Bajramaj , 12 years in prison have been requested , which can be reduced to 8 years .

The defendants are accused of the criminal offenses of "structured criminal group", "cultivation of narcotic plants", "unlicensed possession of weapons" and "providing conditions to commit murder".

According to SPAK investigations, on November 4, 2020, in the Tapiza Bridge area in Fushë-Krujë, Albert Zaja, together with other people, attempted to kill Durim Bami and Ervin Kodra with firearms.

According to the investigative file, during the period May-July 2020, Albert Zaja and Edison Muçeku provided the necessary means for the murder of Hamza Terziu. While in July-August of the same year, Elvis Ndreca is suspected of providing the conditions and means for the murder of Durim Bami.

The investigations also allege that in October 2020, Armando Ndreca organized and financed a group involved in the production and sale of 243 kilograms of cannabis in Lezha.

Meanwhile, according to SPAK, during 2020-2021, Deivis Bajramaj and Adrian Pikli are suspected of being involved in the illegal activity of trading weapons and ammunition, including selling them to people with criminal records.

As for Albert Zaja, who is being investigated in the same case, the proceedings against him have been separated and are being handled in a separate file.
