Erind Lasku, who was declared internationally wanted by SPAK for drug trafficking, has been extradited from Italy to Albania.
In April, the GJKKO, at the request of SPAK, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison" to Lasku, for the criminal offense "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group.
The arrested member of Elvis Doç's group, also known as Visi i Pojës, had the role of facilitating monetary transfers, profiting from drug trafficking.
Five levels of transfers of millions of euros from Italy to Albania were documented by SPAK and the Italian anti-mafia for the 'Visit i Pojës' criminal group. The largest transfer was worth up to 3 million euros.
Every detail of the transfers was organized through SKYECC communications, while the route was monitored by responsible persons, appointed by Elvis Doçi's group. As for the transportation of over 332 thousand euros, they were received by Orgest Shqevi, the third in the hierarchy of the 'Visit i Pojës' criminal group.
Operation "Ura" was finalized on May 1 and focused on three organized crime groups, with extensive activity in international drug trafficking, cocaine and heroin, money laundering and abuse of office. The investigations began in 2016 and intensified in 2020, where they revealed that the criminal networks were trafficking drugs in Italy and other European countries.

The citizen who coordinated the laundering of money from a criminal group in Durrës, obtained from drug trafficking, is being extradited from Milan.
As a result of the very close partnership of specialists from the Interpol Directorate with those from Interpol Rome, during this phase of the "The Wanted" operation, the extradition procedure from Italy to Albania of citizen EL was finalized.
He was wanted internationally, because the Criminal Court of Kosovo, in April 2025, assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Laundering of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group", the police announced.
