An Albanian has been arrested in London after being caught with cocaine and 80,000 pounds in cash.
Gleni Goleci, 27, was arrested in January this year. Police searched the Hyundai he was driving and found 1.5kg of cocaine and around £20,000 in cash in the boot. OCP officers also searched his Brentford flat and found sixkg of cocaine and around £60,000.
According to foreign media, Goleci, an illegal Albanian immigrant with no fixed abode in the United Kingdom, was arrested and charged with drugs and possession of criminal property. He also appears to have played as a youth footballer for Shkëndija Tirana before emigrating to England.
The 27-year-old was found guilty at Isleworth Crown Court and sentenced to seven and a half years in prison.
