Leonard Luzi, arrested in Spain a few days ago, is suspected of organizing the murder of an Albanian citizen.
But his plan backfired after police officers in Spain received information carrying out his arrest.

During the report carried out by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior, they described Leonard Luz as a member of a criminal organization dedicated to committing "serious crimes against people", whose main functions were the instruction to commit murders, the recruitment of new members , assigning missions between them as well as giving instructions on how to locate targets and kill them.
Within the organization, the fugitive acted as an intermediary between the financier who gave the orders and the members of the network, thereby transmitting the missions and distributing the money allocated to them.
