Karaj was in the vehicle driven by 24-year-old Andi Losha.
Investigations revealed that 24-year-old Andi Losha had gotten out of the water and, without notifying the police, had left, leaving his friend Jurgen Karaj in the middle of the water. This action cost the young man his freedom, after he was arrested. It turns out that he was driving while intoxicated.
"Around 01:30, information was received that at the place called the bridge of the village of Dars, administrative unit of Klos, an "Audi" type vehicle, with English license plates, went off the road and fell into the stream of the village of Dars. Police and fire services immediately went to the scene," the police announced on Saturday morning.
