A serious violent incident that occurred in October 2022 in Trento, Italy, has ended in court, where three Albanian brothers face charges of injury, threats, and resisting law enforcement.

According to Italian media, the incident occurred in the Gardolo area, near Trento, after an argument between the owner of the "Milena" bar and three brothers. The incident began when the owner noticed a lack of electricity in the bar and went to check the clock in the building.

As soon as the door opened, he was attacked by one of the brothers, who accused him of playing loud music. Although the owner explained that the bar closed at 8:00 PM, the conflict escalated, causing him to be hit in the head and fall to the ground. The injured man then managed to enter the bar to seek help, while the Carabinieri arrived at the scene.

The situation worsened when the other two brothers joined the scene and began destroying the premises of the bar. Tables and chairs were thrown at the glass, breaking it, while a number of objects inside were damaged.

The clash continued with the police, where one carabinieri was injured, while another had the cable of his taser device cut during the intervention.

In the end, the three brothers, residents of Trento, were arrested and are now facing justice for their actions. The owner of the bar ended up in hospital with head trauma and multiple injuries to his body, receiving a 10-day medical report.

In the last court session, held on April 8, his lawyer requested 70 thousand euros in compensation for physical and material damages, while the case has been postponed for a more detailed assessment.
