A 43-year-old man who robbed a phone shop and a jeweler a few days ago has been handcuffed.

For the latter, it seems that Afrim Dulaj used a 'film technique', as he sawed the part of the roof of the shop, and through an improvised wire, he grabbed the hangers and pulled them out.

The police informs that the value of the stolen florins was 1,000,000 lek.
