The police of Fier have come out with an official reaction to the self-surrender of the perpetrator of the murder of the "Eagles" member, Novruz Cenalia, two days ago in Fier.
By means of an announcement, the Blues of Fier make it known that parallel to the operational actions in the field, the police have conducted negotiations with the family members of the author to surrender.
Unable to leave, the family members surrendered to the police the perpetrator of the murder of the police officer, citizen Azgan Mërnica, 23 years old, who is currently in the premises of the Fier Local Police Directorate.
Meanwhile, the 23-year-old Mërnica is seen to have been calm at the time of the self-surrender and appears smiling as he gets into the car.
The RENEA Special Forces, the National Security Forces and the services of the Fier Local Police Directorate, under the direction of the General Director of the State Police, have continued their operational actions in the field with the aim of apprehending the perpetrator of the murder of the police officer Novruz Cenalia .
Operational actions were extended to a very wide perimeter in the area where the event took place, using high-quality drones, which have monitored the area all the time. As part of the operational actions, checkpoints were set up on all road axes, services were strengthened at crossing points, on the green and blue borders.
Parallel to the operational actions in the field, the police have conducted negotiations with the author's family members to surrender.
