One victim and 2 injured are the balance of the clash with knives and hard objects that happened yesterday afternoon (July 11, 2024) in a bar in the village of Rrajë i Fierza in Tropoja.
The police informed today that 24-year-old Ardian Pepkolaj died in the hospital.
Meanwhile, his brother, Valentin Pepkolaj, and Shkëlzen Kukaj, who are under the care of doctors, were injured.
The police say that the author Saimir Sadikaj is wanted, while 5 people, his friends, have been arrested for not reporting the crime.
As a result of the in-depth investigative and police actions carried out immediately after the case that happened on 11.07.2024, around 17:00, in a bar in the village of Breg-Lumë, where for weak motives, citizen SS, 40 years old, injured with cutting tools, citizens VP, 32 years old, Sh. K., 45 years old, as well as the brother of the citizen VP, the citizen AP, 24 years old, who as a result of his wounds, died in the hospital, the citizens were arrested:
- AQ, 39 years old, for the criminal offenses of "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime" and "Failing the crime";
- Xh. M., 31 years old, for the criminal offenses "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth" and "Discovering the crime";
-A. Sh., 34 years old, for the criminal offense of "Disobedience of crime";
- AB, 29 years old, for the criminal offense of "Disobedience of crime";
-JK, 34 years old, for the criminal offense of "Disobedience of crime".
At the direction of the Kukes Prosecutor's Office, investigations continue to document with legal evidence the criminal liability of each of these citizens.
The 2 injured continue to be under the care of doctors.
In addition, intensive searches for the capture of the SS citizen continue, the police announced.
