The police have arrested 38-year-old Adrian Cenaj alias Dedja from Kukësi, who is accused by GJKKO of being a structured criminal group.
He was arrested by the police in Tirana, as part of the police operation coded "Operational 12".
GJKKO had assigned the security measure "arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", committed in a special form of cooperation, that of a structured criminal group.
"Accused by the GjKKO, of participating in a structured criminal group, of providing the means/conditions to commit murder, the 38-year-old was arrested in Tirana and put in handcuffs.
Within the framework of the "Rule of Law" mega-operation and as a result of the information provided by the police intelligence, the Directorate of the Special Operational Force, during the coded police operation "Operational 12", located in Tirana, captured and imprisoned the citizen announced in search AC (D.), 38 years old, born in Kukës.
The Court of First Instance against Corruption and Organized Crime, on 11.07.2024, assigned this citizen the security measure of "Prison arrest", for the criminal offense of "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder". committed in a special form of cooperation, that of a structured criminal group, as well as for participation in a structured criminal group and the commission of criminal offenses by a structured criminal group.
The procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
