Fushë-Kruja and the surroundings of the city have been armored by police forces and FNSH. Since the murder of Gentjan Bejte, Fushë-Kruja and its surroundings have been the focus of police checks.
It is learned that police checkpoints supported by special forces have been placed on the road axes that cross the city, and even some mobile groups of the Shqiponja and FNSH forces are in circulation.
The latter are reported to have been assigned to patrol all secondary and rural roads, performing surprise checks on vehicles deemed suspicious.
We also recall that five days after the execution of Gentian Bejtja in Larushk of Fushë Kruja, two people were arrested on suspicion of being involved in the assassination. 30-year-old Edison Haxhiu and a 41-year-old with three names, Ilir Beqaraj alias, Brahimi, alias Mançellari, have fallen into handcuffs. The two arrested were previously convicted for other minor criminal offences.
