The Tirana court has sentenced Alban Mener, who beat Nikolin Staka to death, to 15 years in prison.
The event happened last year near the "21 December" intersection.
Alban Meneri punched the victim in the neck and caused damage to his larynx.
Nikolin Staka (the victim), 56 years old, lived in Tirana and died in his apartment from hemorrhage. The 51-year-old is charged with the criminal offense of "intentional serious injury" resulting in death.
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further procedural actions.
