The court has sentenced 34-year-old Lek Vuksani, the author of the murder of 51-year-old Petrit Vuksani, to 22 years in prison, an event that happened on May 2 in the "Skënderbeg" neighborhood in Shkodër.
Before the black squads, the prosecution presented the evidence that implicates the 34-year-old in the crime that happened on Tom Kola Street.
The defense lawyer requested a psychological test for the author of the event, but this was not accepted by the judge of the case.
The incident happened around 12:15 after a conflict over the rent of the apartment owned by the victim. 51-year-old Petrit Vuksani asked his tenant for the rent of the apartment where he lived, this apparently fueled the conflict between them and then escalated to the use of an automatic firearm by the 34-year-old.
In the last moments of his life, Petrit Vuksani was at his home and had just returned from England while his daughters live in Italy.
The event seems to have been premeditated, since Lekë Vuksani was armed when he went to the apartment and opened fire on the victim.
It is also reported that the suspected perpetrator was not known as a problematic person and has no previous criminal record.
We remind you that despite the same last name, there is no family relationship between the victim and the perpetrator.
