The Durrës police arrested one of the Domi brothers, involved in the conflict with firearms in Shijak where Enidor Dedja was accidentally injured, at noon on Friday, March 22. Albano Domi, the owner of the store where the incident took place, has been arrested, while Arbër Hoxha and another person are wanted.
During the fight, both sides shot with weapons, both by the author of the event, Arbër Hoxha, and by Domi. The investigators of the Serious Crimes Sector in Durrës have found the pistol in the house, which has been seized and as a result Albano Domi was arrested.
According to the police, the investigation showed that due to weak motives, citizens Hoxha and Palodhi had a physical conflict with Dom, and then shot a pistol at him.
As a result of the shooting, Dedja, who was in the store when the conflict occurred, was injured and is out of danger.
The investigation showed that the owner of the store, Domi, responded with a pistol to Hoxha and Palodhi.
The Police Services have found and seized as material evidence, 1 pistol firearm suspected to have been used by the owner of the store.
