The Laws Commission approved yesterday the amendments to the law on the Constitutional Court. The changes were approved with 12 votes in favor, 1 abstention by Fatmir Xhafaj and 1 vote against by Oerd Bylykbashi. The changes basically increase the salaries of the judges of the Constitutional Court and the Special Appeals Commission.

Deputeti i Partisë Demokratike deklaroi se do votojë kundër ligjit për Gjykatën Kushtetuese që i hap rrugën rritjes së rrogës për anëtarët e saj.
Ligjvënësi demokrat u shpreh se arsyetimi për rritjen e pagave për këtë kategori është skandaloz dhe shtoi se nëse ligj hyn në fuqi një gjyqtar do paguhet sa 100 pensionistë së bashku.
