The Democratic Party has ironized Prime Minister Edi Rama on the occasion of April 1, describing it as his favorite holiday. The member of the DP National Council, Akil Kraja, said that in 11 years of power, Rama has not kept any of his sensational promises.
According to him, the prime minister's biggest lies are: free healthcare, removal of VAT for basic foods, reduction of the price of electricity, reduction of public debt, increase of the education budget by 5%, return of immigrants to the country , tax cuts, agricultural subsidies, legalization and water for every home.
"In 11 years in power, Edi Rama has kept almost none of his sensational and speculative promises of 2013. The Democratic Party considers Edi Rama a pathological liar and this is clear from only a part of his list of promises unmaintained, which we consider the most important. Kraja said that the Democratic Party has depopulation of the country as one of its main concerns, as not only is it an unfulfilled promise, but Rama has degenerated emigration. He accused Rama of turning the country's depopulation into a political project, thinking that the best opponents are those who leave the country.
