The head of the Parliamentary Group of the DP, Gazment Bardhi, has called on the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, to start the investigation against Olsi Rama for his involvement in the drug laboratory in Xibraka.
The chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group has accused the Prime Minister's brother Edi Rama of being connected to the group that had set up a drug laboratory.
Bardhi said that there is evidence from the TIMS system that, according to him, proves that Olsi Rama traveled together with Genci Xjixha. For this reason, he asked SPAK to reinvestigate this issue.
Through a post on social networks, he said that no matter how much they try, with articles, statuses, chronicles, comments, to undo Olsi Rama's connection with the cocaine criminal group, TIMS and the file are there.
"These conspiracy theories that deal with everything that doesn't exist but the truth are very entertaining. The truth lies in my official request submitted to SPAK for the initiation of investigations against Olsi Rama. The published facts raise reasonable doubts about his involvement in the "Xibraka" case for drug trafficking.
Happy April 1st to those who are fond of fabricated and failed conspiracy theories, because only lies remain as their strongest weapon! But, no matter how much they try, with articles, statuses, chronicles, comments, to undo Olsi Rama's connection with the cocaine criminal group, TIMS and the file are there. They don't let you lie, they don't let you make things up ," said Bardhi.
Olsi Rama also reacted to Bardhi's denunciations, describing them as a slander, to which they relate to political reasons for his brother, Prime Minister Edi Rama.
"Whoever knows me knows how clean I am and how much this mud doesn't belong to me, so I didn't want to throw it back. I have known one of the persons in question from a distance, but not at all the one whom this scumbag of that infamous charlatan who has attacked our family hundreds of times, while he is now the political prosecutor for an investigated case and judged where I have nothing to do", says Olsi Rama in his reaction.
Gazment Bardhi on Thursday accused Olsi Rama, the brother of Prime Minister Edi Rama, of being connected to a criminal organization of international cocaine trafficking in 2014 and called on the Prosecutor's Office to reopen investigations to verify his role in the known laboratory file of cocaine in Xibraka.
Bardhi referred to the documents of the Prosecution of Serious Crimes and the data of the TIMS system to prove, according to him, the fact that Olsi Rama used during 2014 the same car as the other convicts of the "Xibraka" file, where the police discovered at that time a cocaine processing laboratory in the village of the same name.
"The prosecutor's office opened a parallel secret file to investigate a 45-year-old unidentified man who used the same car as Olsi Rama and the drug traffickers," said Bardhi, emphasizing that Olsi Rama was 45 years old at the time.
He also added that the prime minister's brother and drug traffickers used the same car 18 times.
According to Bardhi, the connecting thread between Rama and the other members of the group was the car with license plate AA 653DM, used by them and registered in the TIMS system at the entrances and exits of the country.
The TIMS documents made available by Bardhi show that Olsi Rama entered the territory of Albania three times with this car on June 8, 2014, July 13, 2014 and August 8, 2014; respectively from the border points of Kapshtica, Qafë Thana and Qafë Botë.
The same car was used several times by Gentian Gjonaj from April to November 2014 and by Ermal Hoxha, the grandson of former dictator Enver Hoxha, in November 2014.
