27th anniversary of NATO intervention in Serbia, President Begaj: Albania grateful to the allies who liberated Kosovo

President Bajram Begaj has reacted to the 27th anniversary of NATO's military intervention against the Milosevic regime.

Begaj adds that the intervention campaign ended successfully, bringing freedom to Kosovo. The President adds that Albania remains grateful to the United States of America and NATO.

"Today marks the 27th anniversary of NATO's military intervention against Milosevic's oppressive regime—a campaign that ended successfully, bringing freedom to Kosovo and the peace we enjoy throughout the region today. Albania remains, today and always, deeply grateful to the United States of America and its allies ," the President's response reads.
