The legal representative of the Democratic Party, Rezart Kthupi, has spoken about Berisha's situation, while the GJKKO demands house arrest against him.
Asked if DP is open to joining the rest of the group, Kthupi showed the red lines of the Basha group for the show 'Studio Live'.
"We are open to any opposition union on principles and platforms. The red line is the presence of those declared non grata, or positions in relation to international partners. This is the difference, the principle. We have decided that the partners take certain positions, to we take them for granted. If there is to be a merger, it will be based on principles and platforms," said Kthupi.
Meanwhile, Gazment Bardhi and the deputies of his group did not participate, although Berisha invited them to be part of the reorganization of Re-establishment at the December 21 presidency meeting.
