The prosecutor of SPAK, Arben Kraja, told the media that they demand the arrest of Sali Berisha, since the latter has not agreed to comply with the court's decision to appear at SPAK regarding the security measure 'obligation to appear' that has been imposed on him about the 'Partizani' affair.
