The MP of the Freedom Party, Petrit Vasili, from the opposition protest, which is being held today in front of the Presidency of the Assembly, emphasized that the country no longer has a parliament.
He asserted, among other things, that the Assembly is filled more with guards than with deputies. Vasili said that Edi Rama is afraid of the truths that Berisha has revealed, that's why they demand the removal of immunity.
"There are no scanners in the prisons, as the scanners are for checking the deputies. The truths have come out. He is not afraid of anything else, but of the truths that Mr. Berisha has revealed. You have seen that they ask for the removal of immunity, but they do not say that those documents that prove the thefts are true. We are together today because we don't have a parliament. We have a Guard barracks. It has not been seen in the history of pluralism that there are 80 deputies and 280 policemen and guards in the parliament hall. Do you understand where Albania has reached?!", said Vasili.
