Ilir Meta came alive today from the cell, reacting extensively on social networks. But it seems he continues to insist he shouldn't have been in the cell and blames the affair on his wife. The phone that was found at Monika's mother's apartment definitely made a difference. But Meta seems to blame the scandals with the property, claiming that he had left it to her in trust.
Part of Meta's comments:
1- According to them, the non-declaration of my health expenses in 2013 in Vienna of 7341 Euros. And in November 2014, the amount of 7984 Euros in the clinic, Austria. So you were only talking about 15 thousand Euros in total in 20 years of investigations.
I must clarify that this was due to (false) assurances from my ex-wife that everything was paid for, declared by law.
Then everything else was just a machination to put on me responsibilities that do not belong to me, since the process of declaring assets or health and medical expenses was handled by my ex-wife in complete good faith, having also the lawyer and the notary for these matters, but even most properties.
2- Likewise, I must distance myself with disgust from the hints and insinuations made by SPAK from the phone records seized from my ex-wife that I have influenced in favor of the Albanian-American businessman, Adrian Shatku and I was aware of the benefits from my ex-wife. This is a desperate attempt by SPAK to add one more insinuation to the long lightning sheet. Even more shameful is the conclusion that I benefited from the cards that my ex-wife received and used from Adrian Shatku, which I would never have allowed.
