Prime Minister Edi Rama has published a video online ahead of the Albania-EU Intergovernmental Conference, while there is no shortage of jokes, but also the promise that Albania will be a member of the EU within this decade.

This means that Albania will be in the EU by 2030, while in his post on social networks, Rama writes "with pride for Albania, every step more and more European, I wish you a good day."

"We'll say it now that we accept. Do you agree to marry him? Yes, I agree," Rama says.

The published footage shows meetings with Marta Kos and the Deputy Minister for European Affairs of Cyprus, Marilena Raouna.

The meetings with the two officials seem quite warm, while Kos does not hesitate to climb a ladder to linger a bit and hug Edi Rama.
