Former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj stated that Albanians have not yet fully seen the extortion scheme that he calls "5 ER", describing it as a vast mechanism for plundering the country.
In an interview for the show "Çim Peka Live" on Syri TV, Ahmetaj accused the Secretary General of the Prime Minister's Office, Engjëll Agaçi, of being the coordinator of corruption in the government led by Edi Rama.
According to Ahmetaj, there are messages and evidence that show how instructions were given for benefits and favors. He also mentioned the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, stating that the financial damage caused during his leadership period amounts to around 14–15 billion euros.
"AKSHI is just the tip of the iceberg. Every file that comes out is simply the tip of the iceberg of an entire system of corruption," Ahmetaj said.
