Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha declared after the special session he opened for the SPAK regarding the arrest of former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj that, unfortunately, he was not the accused, but the prosecutor of the SP deputies.
According to Berisha, there are many names in SPAK's investigations.

The Assembly paves the way for the arrest and control of Arben Ahmetaj's apartment. With 117 votes in favor, none against and 3 abstentions, they voted in favor of SPAK's request. Fatmir Mediu, Vangjel Dule and Agron Duka abstained.
Former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj was not present in the Assembly, while shortly before the Assembly convened through a message posted on social networks, he wrote "Louis the 16th was given 4 days before his head was beheaded, not even 24 hours for me! Someone he told me 'they want you in prison'.
