Arben Ahmetaj, former Deputy Prime Minister in the Rama Government, has recounted a detail from the meetings of the Council of Ministers, where he said that there was a discussion regarding the cannabization of the country.
Ahmetaj said on the show 'Çim Peka Live' on Syri TV that there were 5 ministers at that time who opposed the cannabization of the country.
"The cannabization was done by the head of the organization, Edi Rama. Saimir Tahiri was made a scapegoat. When it was discussed in the Government, there were 5 of us ministers who opposed it.
"Damian Gjimnuri, Sajmir Tahiri, Ditmir Bushati, Erjon Veliaj and I opposed it. I was even the most vocal," said Arben Ahmetaj.

The cannabization of the country is a product of the head of the organization. These 5 ministers and others who did not listen opposed it.

Ahmetaj: Why are we going to hide behind our finger and say that we didn't know anything??? Today I am convinced that the head of the organization did it on purpose, he closed Lazarati to spread it throughout Albania.
What did the Prime Minister say when you opposed him?
Ahmetaj: He is the most zealous person in supporting an economic ego, as he sold it, while for the sake of truth, I, Ditmir Bushati, Erion Velija, Saimir Tahiri who made him a 'scapegoat', and Damian Gjiknuri, have said almost the same thing, how is this possible? Ahmetaj: I am convinced today that he used Saimir as a 'scapegoat'. Are you out of your mind?! These people are investigating. Why doesn't Altin Dumani investigate this?
