The former deputy of the Socialist Party, Halit Valteri, has spoken about the recent movement of SPAK, where he arrested the son-in-law of Sali Berisha, Jamarbër Malltezi, while for the former prime minister, the security measure, the obligation to present and confiscate his passport for not leaving the country .
Sali Berisha, his son-in-law and the latter's partner, Fatmir Bektashi, are accused of the "Partizani" complex.
Valteri said that the new justice system is working and that for former prime minister Berisha this is the beginning of the political end.
The SP deputy said that SPAK is already working and Berisha is not the only one, but there are also investigations for Ilir Meta in connection with CEZ-DIAN.
He also added that the former prime minister is also involved in more serious events than the "Partizani" complex, such as "Gërdeci".
Former Prime Minister Berisha has described the SPAK file regarding the accusations against him and Malltez as "garbage", saying that the latter was arrested only because he is his son-in-law.
Berisha says that there is a lot of defamation in this open file after Balla's political report.
"Edvin and his associates have not been able to provide any facts that prove that any rule was violated during the privatization procedures of the former Partizani club. Secondly, after three years of investigation, they have not found a single piece of evidence that the land of returned, it was not the inheritance of family members, except for the swimming pool, which was part of the Partizani club, which was legally obliged to be privatized", said Berisha.
